mcebuddy.log file size

Nov 21, 2013 at 4:18 PM

I have marked the level of logging as informational and as expected the logs are recording more than just errors. While I can control the number of days before deletion for individual conversion logs, a measure of control for trimming/truncating the main mcebuddy.log does not seem to exist or at least documented.

Is there some built in check for trimming this file beyond a certain size or some other trigger? If not, any suggestion for how to exercise some level of automated control without having to turn off the engine and truncating the log manually?

no there isn't any way to controlling mcebuddy.log file. You can open a feature request for it.
