Converted file moved to the destination folder WITHOUT creating a sub-folder?

I am using MCEBuddy 2.3.13 and when I convert a TV show, it's moving the file to the correct destination folder but under a sub-folder with the name of the movie or TV show. So if my destination folder is D:\Movies and I am recording "The Walking Dead", the destination folder becomes D:\Movies\The Walking Dead. Is it possible to set the software to not create sub-folders?

The reason I ask is due to a bug with the PS Vita's Sony Content Manager Assistant in which it can only see the first few sub-folders of a given directory. So I have to manually cut the movies out of the sub-folders and put them in the main folder.

It would be nice to have this an optional feature.

Use custom rename

Custom rename looks like it only changes the name of the output file, not the directory structure. If I am mistaken, can you please explain?

Why do you say that? What have you tried doing?
