I notice you copy over the EDL but do not copy over the .xml comskip file created by comskip to skip commercials in WMC.

File name.

If com skip is configured to generate the XML file it will be copied along with the Edl file. Make sure you are using the latest build

This is the build I am using. When I convert to MKV it does not copy over the XML.

It's not copying it because there is no XML file. There is no XML file because comskip is never run. See your config:
Commercial Removal -> None

There is an xml file I run comskip on all files before converting. I thought if it was there prior to conversion It should copy it? I use Dirmon2 to run comskip… then convert.. Why does it copy the edl and not the XML?.
Here is another example no XML detected?

No it won't copy it. XML files places along with source file are used to extract Metadata. Only EDL files are consider as input for commercial removal

That is a problem because I do not use MCEBUDDY to cut commercials comskip is unreliable on some channels to do this. I will have to find another way to move the XML comskip file or else I will not be able to use autoskip on Converted files in WMC .

Use the custom command like you are doing. For spaces enclose in parameter you are using on quotes. That will solve your issue

Not directly. Open a ticket to add %destinationpath% as variable
