Conversions failing w/ no changes: Can't ID output file

Sep 6, 2014 at 4:36 PM
Two days ago, all of my conversions started failing. Absolutely no changes had been made.

I uploaded some sample logs from different channels that normally work fine into the uploads/ckronengold18 folder for your review.

Looks like the conversion is going oK, but the identification of the output file and transfer are failing.

Some of the errors in the logs are:
ERROR> 2014-09-05T23:33:03 MCEBuddy.AppWrapper.FFmpegMediaInfo --> ERROR Processing FFProbe Output.
Newtonsoft.Json.JsonSerializationException: Unexpected end when deserializing object. Path 'streams[0].loro_cmixlev', line 1, position 608.

ERROR> 2014-09-05T23:33:03 MCEBuddy.VideoProperties.VideoInfo --> Unable to read media information using FFMPEG or MediaInfo
ERROR> 2014-09-05T23:33:03 MCEBuddy.Engine.ConversionJob --> Analyzing video information failed

I'm going to upgrade to the new beta anyway, but would appreciate any advice.

Thanks!

The actual error is embedded in the log before what you're seeing:

ROR> 2014-09-05T23:33:03 MCEBuddy.AppWrapper.FFmpegMediaInfo --> Unable to start process
Cannot process request because the process (4196) has exited.

This bug was fixed last week. Update to the latest build and it should solve your issue.

Ok, things are working smoothly again and my conversions are catching up to the backlog.
