2.3.12 problems ... are they fixed in a newer release?

I use MCEB on rare occasion to convert my kids shows (~ 3 a month) to MP4.

When it converts a show (which is does fine) but fails to connect to the network drive to move it, it does not throw an error/alert AND it deletes the converted file from the temp folder!?

So it just converted 5 files and deleted all of them... As good as this app is I'm very surprised this bug existed at all.

Anyway... was this fixed, so it will save the converted files even if it cannot do the move?

thx

Yes it's been fixed. Try the latest beta. Also in it you have an option under expert settings to set a backup folder I the network move fails.

You need to specify the network authentication when you setup the task. Ensure you do that after creating a conversions task even if you just upgrade and it carries over the setting. Open it and renter the details or Better yet create a new task. That is important.

There have been 150+ new features and bug fixes since 2.3.12
